How do I change my passport number?

You will require assistance from our Client Services team to update your passport number on your account.
Please send an email to MEXEM as directed on our website (Upload/ Fax/ Post tab) and add the following information in your email: Account ID (subject line)Summary of information to update Scan of the ID document you wish to update If required, we will contact you with any questions.
