Can I elect to give a fixed dollar amount to a beneficiary of my Transfer on Death account?

Transfer on Death accounts only allow percentage-based distributions, as the account value isn't fixed. You can assign up to 6 primary beneficiaries whose shares total 100%. Optional contingent beneficiaries can be appointed, or if a primary beneficiary predeceases the account owner, their share can be assigned to remaining primaries or your estate.
