Are the commissions lower at MEXEM compared to IBKR?

EU legislation prohibits retail investors from investing in US ETFs
You can trade European ETFs which are clones of American ETFs as European ETFs have exactly the same fees as stocks.

In that case, European shares have a commission of 0.06% of the invested value with a minimum of 1.80€, so up to 3.000€ you pay 1,80€. That commission is almost half of what IBKR applies for European shares.
