How can a client who previously had an account in Ireland (IE) and has since relocated to the UK and opened a new account transfer funds between both accounts?

The client can transfer funds from their Ireland (IE) account to their bank, and then from their bank to the UK account. Alternatively, they can submit a ticket to Interactive Brokers (IB) for assistance with the transfer.
