MEXEM's default setting for distributing shareholder communications (e.g., proxy materials and annual reports) from US and Canadian issuers is electronic delivery. This means that if you were a shareholder of record then you will be emailed the proxy material when emailing of material is allowed.

Note that in specific instances, shareholder communications will be sent via postal mail even if you have elected electronic delivery.
