Please note that MEXEM does not support the direct re-characterization and conversion of a given account type to another as each structure usually requires certain account holder information, legal agreements and, in certain instances taxpayer reporting.
Account holders who seek to convert their account from an individual to a trust or LLC type must first initiate a new account application for a trust or LLC account and then request a transfer of assets once that trust or LLC account has been approved. Once the transfer has finalyzed, the individual account will be closed.
