Is it possible to deposit USD without having the funds available in my bank account?

You can only deposit USD if you own them in your Bank account. Many banks have a higher convert rate than Mexem. This would make it better to deposit in EUR and convert the funds in your Mexem account. If you own the USD in a Revolut or other bank account, you can deposit directly to Mexem.
