The ticker symbol for spot gold is XAUUSD, whereas the ticker symbol for spot silver is XAGUSD. After entering the ticker, select Commodity. Entitled clients must apply for Metals trading permissions via the Trading Permissions page in Client Portal/ Account Management. You can enter trading permissions by clicking the Configure icon under Trading Permissions from the settings followed by Account Settings menu.
