What should be done if credentials for a demo account are not received?

When you create a demo account you also chose your password.

Please check on client portal under “settings” then “account for simulated trading” if you can see the account number starting with DU and your username.

If you are not able to see it an email will be sent with the instructions to how to create a demo account.
