What steps should be taken to update an email address on an account?



1. Go to www.mexem.com
2. Login to the client portal
3. Click on the button at the top right
4. Settings Profile: Account Holder
5. Edit profile: Edit your address

You will need to contact Mexem by phone to verify and email us the new address from the old address.

Process can be approved in 48-72 hrs.
