1.Check Bank Details: Confirm that transfer bank details have been created in your account's base currency.
If you need help, you can set this up in the Client in Portal/Account Management by selecting Transfer & Pay, then Transfer Funds.
2. Resolve Negative Balances: Ensure no negative balances are in your account, as these must be settled before closure.
3. Account for Accrued Interest: If there is any accrued interest, you need to wait until these payments are processed, which occurs on the third day of the following month.
If you are still unable to close the account, please contact Client Services.
